"For 2-1/2 years I have been building my dream boat, a 30’ “Great Alaskan” sport fishing boat with amenities to allow me to motor up the coast to Alaska. As I started to look into insurance - the boat is valued at nearly $200k - I was turned down without consideration by my own insurance company, BoatUS, Progressive, and every other insurance agency I called. Then another builder of this boat recommended I call this agency and talk to Molly. She was extremely helpful in “getting to yes.” We worked through the process together and I was able to get her the Marine Survey Report, trailer registration, and other information they needed. The fact that it was a homebuilt was no problem as long as I had a positive Marine Survey. She was able to get me a good policy and at a very fair price when other people wouldn’t even talk to me. Molly was super friendly and very customer focused. Other staff pitched in when she was busy or out. Calls and emails were returned promptly. So yes, 5 starts and a big thank you!
